  Michael G is incredible. I go to his 11:00 am class every Saturday. Challenging, inspiring, and some of the best music of soul cycle instructors I’ve had. Today was 2010 bangers. He’s the best and keeps me coming back!

  I’ve been down bad the last few months and figured to take a spin class here and I’m pretty sure the instructor Matt Miller made an off handed comment about me while I was showering that I was “sitting Paul” THIS WAS MY FIRST SOUL CYCLE CLASS. And so I personally love overhearing a trainer talk behind my back as I’m drying off from a shower. He showed lack of competency when setting me up on a bike. I’m 5’6 and the height was midway up my torso not hip. I said it was too high, directly. I let him have it but once the class started it became difficult to complete movements. I am intermediate spinner back after 8 month break. I was looking into getting a spin cert for fun literally 8 months ago before I lost my job. But the last few, I have been saving up money and looking into what my spin options are now that I’m not finically disitute. With familiarity as to how to ride a bike I wasn’t the worlds biggest fan of the SoulCycle class itself. Lack of being able to monitor RPMs or Resistance is an annoying challenge - at times I felt like mine was too high. A rhythm ride where no one can find the beat of the drum and Kenny in the corner with the resistance at 2 is just doing high kicks for 45 mins. But it was fun, I wouldn’t have complained if the fun wasn’t sullied by the instructor.

  I love this studio. I have been coming here for years and always have the best experiences. The studio is clean and the staff is friendly. I have a few instructors that I wanted to shout out. Jasmine - high intensity but such a positive and uplifting atmosphere. I love her. Parker - the BEST music. I have to fight the urge to not sneak in my phone to Shazam all of the tracks. Michael G - very inspiring and heartwarming. I love his classes because I prefer resistance riding. He's a sweetheart. Roxy - Latino night! Mi gente.

  Great location! First time here and I felt so welcomed. I forgot one of my shoes and they were nice enough to let me borrow a pair. Everyone was helpful and the instructor was so passionate and fit! Will be back. Bathrooms and showers are also clean.
