  Lamar’s class was one of the highlights of our New York trip. If you are visiting and looking for a fun activity, I highly recommend checking out his class. Awesome New York energy, especially during this insane Knicks playoff run! Thank you SoulCycle and Go Knicks! 🥨🏀🍎🗽🚕🚲⚡️

  This was my first time going to SoulCycle through ClassPass, and I had never taken a SoulCycle class before. When I checked in, the front desk employee asked for my information and said the system showed that I had already been there four times. That was really strange because I have never been to any SoulCycle class before. He asked me again if I had been there before and I said no. His response was, “Well why would it say you’ve been here four times?” which honestly caught me off guard. I even said, “Why would I lie about coming here?” The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and a bit accusatory. He then mentioned he would waive the $4 shoe rental fee, which I didn’t know about and never asked for. It almost felt like he thought I was lying just to get a $4 shoe rental waived, which was frustrating and unnecessary. I then asked if someone could show me around since it was my first time, and overall the customer service just wasn’t great. I always thought of SoulCycle as a more premium fitness brand, so the experience at the front desk was disappointing. That said, the class itself was actually good. I liked the music and the energy in the room, and the instructor created a great vibe. The workout was solid. Overall, I enjoyed the class, but the customer service at this location definitely left a bad impression. It honestly makes me curious to try Peloton or other studios instead to see if the experience is different.

  Our group was scheduled for a class, and was turned away, we were 1 minute early and the grace period was not considered. The receptionist kept referring to us as "You People ", in which it is an offensive. The situation was handled poorly, and unprofessional.

  Very inviting. Also right next door to Zephoras. Good exercise and fragrances afterwards. Aka EXERCISE & AROMATHERAPY 💪👍
