We are open Sunday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and closed on Saturday. (Dental services are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.)

We provide primary care for adults, adolescents, and children; women’s health; dental and oral health care; HIV counseling and testing; nutrition counseling; and rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy through Rusk Rehabilitation Brooklyn. Patients may also be referred to NYU Langone specialists across more than 30 adult and pediatric specialties.
