  I’ve been meeting with Rivkah weekly mostly in person, and it has been a wonderful experience bringing me a great deal of clarity and support in my daily life. I walk out of our sessions feeling both grounded and empowered. She also incorporates EMDR into our work which has been very impactful. Rivkah is incredibly thoughtful and has a rare ability to find the right words for what I’m feeling, as well as recognising my patterns. Our sessions have made it much easier for me to understand myself and process what I’m going through (she often also uses apt metaphors or references to literature and movies!) I work in a high-stress finance role and moved to NYC from Europe few years ago. Rivkah has been exceptional at helping me navigate all of these dimensions, especially when it comes to balancing professional and personal /family challenges. I highly recommend Rivkah to anyone looking for someone intuitive, insightful, and uniquely skilled at bringing clarity to complex situations.

  Rivkah Kaufman has been a valuable support in my journey; she has gone above and beyond to ensure I’ve felt heard, seen and supported for over a year. I cannot thank her enough. For someone in leadership with graduate degrees as myself, it is not always easy to find a therapist capable of comprehending or navigating elevated and complex matters. Rivkah is great at understanding, and providing support and guidance to those of diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, social strata, and varied experiences. She is super helpful and professional.

  Rivkah helped me cope and grow emotionally so much over the course of the six years that I was her client. For anyone out there with PTSD wondering if EMDR might be for you, it is incredibly effective, and Rivkah’s guidance will make you feel safe as you go through the process. She is warm, clever, full of great pop culture references, and easy to talk to.
