  Although I have been a proponent of "therapy" for much of my adult life and encouraged many friends and family to find a good therapist, I had, for one reason or another never followed my own advice. I thought the excuses I had were valid ones (busyness, finances, etc) and continued to put it off because it didn't feel critical. I was doing "just fine". It wasn't until I decided that I didn't want to be "just fine", but that I wanted to thrive, and evolve to the next level in both my business and personal life that I made the decision to consider therapy. I was totally daunted with where to even begin looking but a good friend recommended Rivkah as a place to start my search, and more than two years later I'm still seeing her weekly. She is attentive, empathetic and insightful and has become a tremendous help in my personal journey. What started as me thinking I just needed some help with some strategies to get me to the next level in my business and personal life turned into a much deeper journey of self discovery and self awareness. With Rivkah's help I've been able to trace back and face past trauma that has shaped the personal narratives that have held me back from living the fullest version of the life I want for myself. She is the right mix of kind and sympathetic while also being firm when necessary; seeming to value my growth as much as I do. I've had to do the hard work myself. There's no magic pill to take or handbook for life that Rivkah gives me but she's been an invaluable guide in my journey of self-discovery and I'd recommend her to anyone.

  I began speaking with Rivkah while I was going though a particularly difficult time. Not only was she supportive and helpful in navigating my immediate concerns but she also drew connections to my past which helped me see things in a more holistic view. I find that she goes beyond the surface of what I'm talking about, identifying patterns and finding connections that I would not have been able to reach on my own. After only a few months of weekly sessions, Rivkah has helped me work through, address, and more fully understand issues that have been unresolved for years. Highly recommend!

  I started seeing Rivkah after I felt like I wasn't getting enough out of my last therapist. I enjoy deep self exploration and in the past, I felt as though I had to hold my therapist's hand and tell them how to therapize me. With Rivkah, I can trust that all I need to do is say how I feel and she will lead me down the path to healing. I feel safe, heard and validated, with the perfect balance of realism and warmth. Since starting sessions with Rivkah, I have seen improved mood, better relationships with my self and others and higher self esteem. Additionally, she was my first real in depth experience with EMDR, which has been pivotal in my journey. I would recommend Rivkah to anyone who wants to see real positive transformation. (and I have seen quite a few therapists in my day!)

  Rivkah was so helpful and offered great insight when I needed it most. She listens and remembers everything you tell her. She is really passionate about her job and helped me through a hard time. I always left her sessions feeling so much lighter and ready for the day. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
