I still had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. Wasn’t many people in there and it was during the week. Then I lost my original receipt. Simply asked over the phone if they could email the invoice and was told I needed to come in just for a copy of the receipt. I feel like that’s very inconvenient but thank goodness I need to pick up my glasses anyway. Just confused on why I’d need to come back in just to get a receipt when I paid $500 in one sitting.
