He’s also extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you’re taken care of and that everything is right before you leave. What really stands out to me is the consistency this isn’t based on just one visit. Dana has provided excellent service every time I’ve interacted with him. Whether it’s answering a question, helping with my eyewear, or making an adjustment, he’s always patient, professional, and willing to help. Great customer service deserves to be acknowledged, and Dana is definitely an asset to the LensCrafters team at Kings Plaza. Highly recommended!

I still had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. Wasn’t many people in there and it was during the week. Then I lost my original receipt. Simply asked over the phone if they could email the invoice and was told I needed to come in just for a copy of the receipt. I feel like that’s very inconvenient but thank goodness I need to pick up my glasses anyway. Just confused on why I’d need to come back in just to get a receipt when I paid $500 in one sitting.
