With a focus on private sessions that embrace all levels of experience and fitness, this studio provides an ideal refuge to learn and master the art of Pilates. We're an inclusive and fun studio that is an ideal place to learn and excel at feeling your best. Whether it’s post injury, pre and postnatal, or just learning the basics, private sessions are a great option for 1:1 attention from our highly trained instructors and our state-of-the-art apparatus.
