  Walked all the way from Williamsburg, only to find the store closed for an hour with a "will return" sign in the middle of the day. If your posted hours say you're open, you should be open. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time.

  Very disappointed about Devin black guy telling me to move out the front because I was smoking a cigarette I been a client since 2 years ago I never have a problem there with nobody I was outside in the public sidewalk and he come outside telling me are u gonna take it to the right or to the left ? But u can be outside I say excuse me I’m in public sidewalk walk man what are u talking about I was gonna finish my cigarette and buy my creatine he say u can call anyone u want very rude to have someone like this as seller of GNC especially in greenpoint I live here for 2 years I really hope this gets to the owner attention now I don’t wanna buy nothing there with this black guy don’t come here when this guy is here he very rude then he close the door to go outside to smoke weed like really u complain about a client smoking a cigarette on public area and u got the nerve to go outside close the store to smoke weed like foreal ? He say im not gonna come outside no more and ask u to move im gonna put my hands on you so i when to the police station on Meserole Ave and I complain to the police about him I hope the owner do something about this man

  I had a great experience at this GNC location. Danika who assisted me was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I had several questions about supplements and my fitness goals, and she took the time to explain my options and answer every question without making me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. I really appreciated her patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I left feeling confident about my purchase and will definitely be returning to this location. Great customer service and an overall 5-star experience!

  A female who works there was very helpful and pretty quick. Once she knew what I needed she went right to it and I was done in a blink of an eye. So when my mind caught up to reality I went back inside and again in a flash, once I told her the second thing I needed, I was out in a flash. Even my wife couldn't believe how fast I came back home. But to add, I've shop there before and the workers are very knowledgeable of the products I asked about. Also helped me put things together that I only needed and helped me save money in my purchase. But most GNC workers even in other locations have been just as helpful. Thank you GNC.
