  This GNC Store is amazing. They're always accommodating and informative. I've been a GNC rewards member for years. I have to say theres bad locations-this one, especially for brooklyn, is top tier and I only make my purchases here. SAUL, the Manager here, cut me a great deal on a $400 buy. He got me the total bill for $297. He was informed, gave me accurate details on the supplements I bought, was patient with my questions and made sure my membership renewal was smooth He updated my address and ensured I would save and even did a price match from what I showed him online. Hes well spoken and presentable. Lexi was cleaning the whole time lol. This is a beautiful store and I bet it was because of her that everything is organized. She also helped me with information and they both greeted me upon entering the store. Thanks Saul and Lexi!

  Love stopping here on our way to and from the gym. Only giving you guys 4 stars because you close at 8 and sometimes me and my boys get there a little after and miss our protein shakes by a couple mins. But do appreciate the manager for staying open a few mins late for us when he can.

  Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, Lexi did a great job helping me find the best multivitamins for my girlfriend and explained everything I was confused about in a very simple manner. Genuinely impressed and thankful for the in house guidance.

  Very disappointing experience. The manager with long hair treated us extremely disrespectfully. He was yelling at us, repeatedly slamming the products on the counter while talking to us, and made unnecessary comments about Puerto Rico that we found inappropriate and unprofessional. His behavior made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. No customer should be treated this way. I hope GNC management addresses this behavior.

  Making a review of my purchase I’ve made earlier today. I had a worker who goes by the name Saul on his name tag and today I’ve gotten nothing but attitude and a rude unwelcoming tone from him to get me to make a purchase. This is very unprofessional and I feel like he shouldn’t stay employed here. Really hope anyone else doesn’t have to deal with him. Good luck to those shopping at the store and reading this. Won’t see me here anymore. *UPDATE* now looking at the other reviews here there is no way they’re true. Saul is NOT the way to go. If you need help go for the other employees SERIOUSLY
