We did the routine eye exam, the Optometrist was professional, very thorough. The only glitch was the billing and coding where the associate put a code 92004 Intermediate exam W/DFE VC, a procedure they never performed and we were billed a $40 co-play, but later lowered to $20.00 when we complain. But later when i asked my insurance, they said i don’t need to pay for routine eye exam. Update: we Went back 3-4 days after, explained my side and my insurance high option and zero co-pay. The original store representative, reviewed the bill and fixed it. We’re more than satisfied with her effort..all is good.😊. Thanks, LensCrafters🙏
