She responded “I guess you will have to fly,” to which I responded “You’re right!!!!” In a era where AI is robbing us of human interaction and jobs, why would I sacrifice the amazing customer service fueled by true care that I have received consistently from this place I see as an extension of family. Dr. Yee sees behind the numbers the computer generates. His clients feel seen, heard and understood! I have never met one staff member at this site whose personal life or feelings overshadowed the care they gave me or my sons. They have always been informative, ready to teach and to find resolutions.
