- LMLorianne Mercado6 days ago5.0I had a great experience at LensCrafters with Dr. Pucci for my yearly eye exam. The visit was pleasant from start to finish, and I left feeling well taken care of. The sales associates at the front were warm and kind, too. I highly recommend Dr. Pucci and the whole team!
- ZBZack BogerOct 8, 20265.0Every single person at this location, from the front desk to the optometrist to the sales associate were excellent: friendly, patient, helpful. Please give them all raises! I am so glad I switched to this location. Cant recommend it enough!
- JSJ SOct 5, 20265.0eye doctor was lovely, patient and supportive, explained everything fully
- SSShivani SourindreSep 17, 20262.0The optometrists are good. However: - the staff will scan your eye test results but ‘can’t email it to you’ because of a system limitation - they consistently try to sell you some retina test that you might not need (the optometrist doesn’t do this but you will be made to think that the optometrist advises this) - the staff will be too busy chatting to each other to see you are struggling to open the door with a button that is ‘broken’ on an uphill ramp with a stroller - of course even after they told me it was broken I had to ask them to come help me with the door I don’t like the customer service in general besides the above, I find them not very friendly in the 2 times I went there but just go there because the optometrists are good.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses.
