Her energy is contagious, and she made the whole session challenging and fun. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited for the next workout!
- KSKristina SalviJun 22, 20263.0Let me start by saying this is my favorite yoga studio in the area and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The instructors are fantastic. However I am disappointed after the recent renovation - Specifically the fluorescent lighting in the rooms! It truly kills the vibe to the point where I don’t want to go there. I’m not sure who thought taking a relaxing yoga class under fluorescent lights was a good idea. It just feels sterile and corporate. Also the room smelled horrible (like ammonia/chemicals?) which is something that’s never been an issue before. Will definitely be back but I’m hoping they take these notes into consideration please!
