- GSGulnoza SOct 2, 20265.0Absolutely love this studio. Anika knows how to push me just the right way. She is very attentive, knowledgeable and empowering. Her instructions are always very clear and she walks around the room to see if anyone needs help. Yana is my other love at this studio. Her yoga classes fill me up with peace and mindfulness. I feel more flexible and got rid of neck pain thanks to her classes. Yelena’s Zumba classes are amazing too! The best way to start a Sunday is with dancing to great music!
