Megan addresses individual limitations and tailors movements. Megan is helpful, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. I cross a borough to take her classes.

The staff is welcoming, and Eden is a naturally gifted instructor-- it's impressive how she simplifies complex movements into words I can easily follow. Her encouragement makes me feel confident, and the Flow 1 Class has made me stronger and helped me with my lower back pain. The studio itself is gorgeous too, which is an added bonus! The old architecture, high ceiling, and skylight make my time in the studio all the more enjoyable. I recommend Club Pilates to anyone, especially beginners like me. The intro class is free and a great way to try out the reformer machine without having to commit to a membership.

- RDRachel DudasMar 14, 20261.0During class, the instructor (Natia in Cobble Hill) asked a participant if they were pregnant based solely on how their body looked in front of the whole class. The person said they were not, which made the situation deeply uncomfortable and embarrassing. Even more concerning, the instructor showed no real remorse or accountability afterward. Fitness spaces should promote inclusivity, respect, and body neutrality. Making assumptions about someone’s body—especially something as personal as pregnancy—is inappropriate and harmful. The instructor’s handling of this situation completely failed to create the supportive and inclusive environment these classes should provide. Won’t be recommending her classes to anyone.
