    I’ve been a member of Chelsea Piers Fitness Brooklyn for almost three months, and the experience has been excellent. After many years at a more family-oriented fitness center, I was looking for something different, and Chelsea Piers has exceeded my expectations. From the sales process onward, everything has been professional, organized, and remarkably easy. After visiting another premium gym brand in the neighborhood, the contrast in responsiveness and follow-through was immediately noticeable. The biggest highlight for me is the group fitness program. There is an impressive variety of classes offered throughout the day, the app scheduling system works reliably, and classes actually happen as scheduled. Communication is excellent, with useful updates through both the app and regular newsletters. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One thing that particularly stood out was how responsive management has been. After completing a member survey, I received a personal follow-up from the club’s general manager within minutes, asking thoughtful questions about my feedback. It’s rare to feel that member input is genuinely welcomed and acted upon. I also love the coworking space and café seating areas. They provide a great transition before or after a workout, and I’ve always been able to find a comfortable place to sit. And there is an impressive schedule of club social opportunities and gatherings as well. The equipment is clean and well maintained, and the facility overall feels really thoughtfully designed and run. What stands out most is that the club consistently removes friction from the member experience. The technology works, classes run as scheduled, communication is clear, and small details—such as having mats already laid out for classes that require them—make it easy to focus on working out rather than managing logistics. No gym is perfect, but after three months, Chelsea Piers has made it easy to focus on fitness rather than infrastructure. Things simply work.

    They are very prejudiced and discriminatory, I scheduled a tour, the memeber who attended me was very distant and cold, and they were supposed to send me a 48 hr code/ link to buy the membership but they never did it, I’m assuming because my skin color and the fact that I went in pretty chill clothes they did not take me seriously, pretty disappointed in the service, if that’s for a tour I cannot image joining, I was planning but the mail never arrived
