Myrtle Avenue Dialysis is dedicated to improving health outcomes for patients with end-stage renal disease. Our skilled and caring team of doctors, nurses, technicians, nutritionists and social workers work together to provide the best care possible. This brand-new site is the continuation of the care that was provided at the older (now closed) Rockwell site, which had been awarded the highest ranking of five stars from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMS), one of only 13 facilities in the New York region to receive this distinction. TBHC is certified for six chronic dialysis stations at our hospital and 25 stations at Myrtle Avenue Dialysis. The site is located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
