I saw Dr. Lau who’s been excellent and explaining the condition and the options needed to solve the issue. All my appointments have been seamless. Everyone is friendly and kind appointments or efficient in a timely fashion. I just had one of the eye surgery this past week with great results. First off I want to acknowledge Dr. Ryan Rogers he is an A+ professional in his field and being respectful and resourceful he is the MVP. I also want to thank the front office staff at Piscano Eye they're highly professional if you're in the Bronx or in Westchester County I do recommend Piscano Eye in the Bronx.

- TMtatiana merejoMay 8, 20261.0I have a referral, I called twice form two different number and the guy at the front desk is completely rude, Puts you on hold and then hangs up. I've had 2 referrals in the last 3 years. Most recently on 4/28/26 I reached out multiple times from my personal number, my boyfriend number and my job number and never get a call back. Instead I receive a text message asking how can they help, I provided my referral form, my insurance card and my availability, and I never got a response back. To add more insight, I also got a referral in 2023 reached out for a complete week and no follow up. Got a referral once again in 2026, I reached out 10 days ago and no call back and no appointment
