  I had such a great experience thanks to Dani at GNC on 174th. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and such a warm, positive attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. It really reminded me how much a simple greeting and good energy can make a difference. Before coming in, I had actually called to check if they had Mag07 in stock(which is the product I needed) since the GNC on 3rd Avenue never seems to carry it. Dani was the one who helped me over the phone and let me know it was there so I wouldn’t waste a drive to that location. When I arrived she was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain how inventory can vary between locations and why I wasn’t able to find it at the other store. That alone was so helpful and appreciated. she went above and beyond to assist me. She was patient, attentive and made sure I had everything I needed without making the experience feel rushed or transactional. I had just gotten off work and honestly her kindness and energy completely turned my day around. What stood out most was how genuine she was. It wasn’t just good customer service it felt like she truly cared. That extra touch of spreading joy is rare, and it made my whole day better. GNC is lucky to have someone like Dani on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

  Great customer service Dani she was very helpful, she recommended very helpful vitamins that helps keep my energy to the best point she is the best!!!

  Very dissapointing for it to be a GNC , they barely have anything in stock ! I've tried going on multiple occasions hoping I'll come on a day they receive shipment but it seems to be a regular thing in this particular location. Would be nice if they stocked up .. staff is friendly but I come for the product 😩
