  My experience with Brockport Miracle Ear has been absolutely wonderful, especially my interactions with Dan the hearing instrument specialist. He provides service above and beyond what I would expect. Very professional, and tells you the facts of how the hearing aids work and how they improve your life overall.   This was a great experience with both of the techs. They were very understanding of my hearing and I trusted in them in making my decision on new hearing aids. Very kind and wonderful....

  Extremely predatory marketing. I frequently get mail from them designed to look like handwritten letters, official government notices with the tear off edges and seals, and even "checks". After that last one that nearly have me a heart attack thinking I'd missed a deadline for SS, if I ever need hearing aids, it certainly won't be from them.

  I decided after many years of wondering if my hearing was starting to go, I decided to set up an appointment online for a free hearing test! I am so glad that I did. This place was amazing, from the cleanliness, the smiles that greeted you as you walked in, and the attention and focus they give to a free service! I learned so much at this appointment because they explain all of the details from the anatomy of the ear, to the different volumes and pitches of sounds... It was pretty interesting! The hearing test itself was fast and painless. I feel relieved that I am still in an OK range and am not in need of treatment at this time but I plan on having a test done annually and you all should too! I highly recommend this place!
