StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Southtowns offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I have had many flexologists over the 4 years and feel it has helped me to stay limber and live a better quality of life in retirement. Note that as any business they have specific rules about the membership so if you are making sure to be an informed person you will LOVE it!!

Well Kylie sure did prove me wrong! She is always determined to get me working right again. From all the stress knots in my neck, back and shoulders to the little annoying pain in my ankle! She is always very attentive to my needs. When I leave I almost feel like I’m floating on air. I really have to say I don’t know what I ever did without her! Thank you Kylie and StetchLab!
