  Rude Office staff. Especially Cindy. Ignores you for 5 minutes then grabs paper from you and then doesn't speak and no eye contact through the whole interaction. Of course, has plenty of time to talk to the other office staff. The Doctors and Tech Assistants are very good though.

  First time seeing Dr. Mcnierney today, and I'm very happy I switched to Binghamton eye associates! She was informative and kind! Thank you! I just picked up my new glasses today and I love them, thank you Julie for being so kind and helpful!

  The entire staff was efficient, professional, and incredibly sweet from the initial phone call to the visit itself. The secretary quickly got me in for a next-day emergency appointment and Dr. Beierle diagnosed my problem immediately. Overall, a fantastic experience.
