  Have gone downhill since Dr Meehan passed. I have Graves disease and was never told that the remaining doctors do not know how to deal with Graves disease or I would have looked for another doctor a long time ago. Miss you Dr Meehan.

  After reading many of the reviews stating bad experiences with the office and tech staff, I had to offer my own comments about Binghamton Eye Associates. I have been a patient for several years, and during that time have ALWAYS been treated with respect and kindness by everyone. Dr. Meehan was a wonderful physician, and dealt with my complicated eye history with the care he would have given to his own family. Dr. Herceg is equally as talented and personable, and I put full faith in his expertise and knowledge. He always takes the time to be sure my questions are answered fully, and gives me answers that are understandable and factual. I am so grateful to this office, and for those who feel somehow slighted or offput by some brief encounter, a little grace in these times goes a long ways. .

  Rude Office staff. Especially Cindy. Ignores you for 5 minutes then grabs paper from you and then doesn't speak and no eye contact through the whole interaction. Of course, has plenty of time to talk to the other office staff. The Doctors and Tech Assistants are very good though.

  The entire staff was efficient, professional, and incredibly sweet from the initial phone call to the visit itself. The secretary quickly got me in for a next-day emergency appointment and Dr. Beierle diagnosed my problem immediately. Overall, a fantastic experience.
