- KPKaren PontonMay 28, 20265.0I had previously posted a negative review based upon my last dental cleaning experience, however, after a one on one conversation with Dr. Berkenfeld, I learned that he was equally upset about my experience with the new dental hygenist. Dr. B also shared that this person is no longer employed by him. He has always been very particular about his staff. My family and I have been going to Dr. Berkenfeld's office for over 20 years and I had never had a bad experience until that day. Dr. B explained that he has been having some staffing issues and he sincerely apologized. I will be continuing to go to Dr. B's office, he has always been sincere, caring, and professional. I am not going to let one bad experience ruin our doctor patient relationship. I am sure that I will have a positive experience at my next appointment in six months! If anyone sees my previous post, please understand that I was still recovering and did not mean in any way to tarnish Dr. B's reputation with the community. Thank you!

I havent been to a dentist in years. So the dr had alot to work to do and his guidance to make sure i stay in top of my teeth. My coworker recommended me to Dr.Michael and glad I made the choice to come in. I will be there customer forever and making sure that I get my 6 months cleaning.
