- MRMaureen RyanNov 23, 20235.0Sara and the entire team at Pure Barre Bayport are wonderful!! The various workouts are medicine for the body and soul, and as you grow stronger, the workouts grow deeper — it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in other fitness classes. The atmosphere is welcoming, engaging, and encouraging. I don’t have any background in dance yet the instruction and corrections ensure I’m maintaining good form and maximizing my results. The best part is the instructors. Every single one makes you feel supported and encouraged and I never have to worry about who’s teaching class; I simply book off my schedule and know I’ll always receive an excellent workout. The girls don’t even know this, but they helped me work through and recover from a TBI, PCS, and various physical ailments. I’m stronger mentally and physically and will always be grateful for this studio. Invest in yourself and join!

I have enjoyed all the teachers I have taken class from and love the community atmosphere. The variety of class formats is great for cross training.
