  There are a few reviews stating that the front desk staff is rude. I can say that is true. The doctor claims they never had an issue with their receptionist, Marie. But there are a handful of reviews that state otherwise. Avoid this place at all costs if you want to avoid rude front desk staff.

  Called to schedule an appointment. Had the absolute displeasure of speaking with Marie. Marie from the moment she answered the phone was rude and condescending. When I introduced myself and stated I was looking to schedule an appointment, I was informed that they don’t just schedule appointments. Marie, didn’t even give the chance to see why the appointment needed to be scheduled. If you want kind and compassionate care from staff members, I would avoid this place. The front desk staff does not deliver on that. *****EDIT SINCE THEY RESPONDED***** Marie did not even ask that, she simply stated that your office just doesn’t schedule appointments. Marie did not even give me the chance to explain why the appointment needed to be scheduled or what type of insurance it was. Marie was rude from the moment she picked up the phone.

  Dr Saugy really takes his time with you and goes out of his way to make sure you are recovering. I can’t say enough how friendly all of the women in the office are also. Highly recommend !
