  I transferred my prescriptions here after Rite Aid closed because my wife was already using the Stop & Shop Pharmacy. At first, I was a little skeptical. Since the pharmacy is located inside a supermarket, I assumed it might feel less personal or professional than a traditional drugstore. After using them for several months, I can honestly say that my first impression was completely wrong. The pharmacists and staff have taken the time to get to know both my wife and me. They remember who we are, are familiar with our prescriptions, and always greet us in a friendly and professional manner. That personal recognition makes a tremendous difference, especially when you are managing prescriptions for more than one person. What I appreciate most is that I never feel as though I am bothering them. Even when there is a problem with a prescription, a refill request, insurance approval, or communication with a doctor’s office, they remain patient and helpful. They explain what is happening, answer questions without making you feel rushed, and do their best to find a solution. At other pharmacies, I sometimes felt like asking for assistance was an imposition. I have never felt that way here. The entire staff manages to provide the personal attention of a neighborhood pharmacy while still offering the convenience of being located inside a supermarket. Transferring my prescriptions here turned out to be an excellent decision. Their friendliness, professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for their customers have made every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy and am very grateful for the care they provide.

  I am done with the ineptitude of this pharmacy. If Andrew isn’t there things just don’t work right. Thankfully I’ve gotten a new RX program where Stop And Shop is not an preferred vendor. The only reason I gave two stars is because I like Andrew. Otherwise Good Bye!
