- DSD SanchezFeb 15, 20242.0Customer service is not what it used to be. Pharmacy is slow and the employees are not as friendly as they were in the past. Check out in the front of the store is pointless I might as well check myself out. All the cashier does is scan my items and I pay and bag my own items. No offer to help and I take my time because I only have total use of one hand. Cashiers only a few months ago would bag my purchase without hesitation. The new ones just stand and watch me bag my things while the line is waiting behind me.

After an hour and a half I found out it had been filled at another Kinney Drugs. Totally unacceptable service. You would be better off steering clear of there.
