Yoga Haven's Ardsley studio brings our warm, traditional approach to yoga to the rivertowns — serving Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, and Irvington. We're located in the New York Dance Center above Ardsley Market Fresh & Deli, next door to the Ardsley Car Wash and across the street from Carvel. We offer yoga classes for all levels, prenatal and postnatal yoga, along with workshops, events, and series. Our flagship studio in Tuckahoe offers a full weekly class schedule.
