TLDR; Frank cares VERY deeply about his customers. He puts in more work and effort than other optical stores would. I read some of the reviews that Frank is on the higher end here--and while I do think his services are expensive, I would say that it's far justified by the experience. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the glasses are the perfect fit--everything from the frames to the vertical decentration (as I prefer to wear my glasses lower on my face). I have spent years of my life not understanding what was wrong with my eyes. Everyone was telling me it was strain, that I just need to look away from the screen for a little bit or use eyedrops, but even on the first phone call with Frank, he immediately knew what my issue was. Being a small business, Frank has exceptional passion to helping all of his customers leave satisfied. He gives you his undivided attention from the moment you walk in until the moment you step out. He only ever sees one patient at a time. If you are having trouble with other optical stores, it's definitely worth giving Eye To Eye Optical Inc. a chance!

My dog chewed up my glasses. Came in next day and Frank was a huge help. Was able to get me these brand new 3-4 days later. Was very helpful throughout the whole process, and would consider for anyone that needs help with their glasses. Will definitely be coming back

This has been the absolute best pair of glasses I have ever owned. My previous prescription was done through a virtual optical store, and the results were far from what my prescription actually should have been. I knew something was wrong, which is what led me to Frank, and it was the best decision I could have made. Frank is incredible and truly takes the time to make sure everything is right. He also takes the time to teach you about your glasses and how to properly care for them—something no other optical place I’ve been to has ever done. I will most definitely be returning to Eye to Eye Optical. Thank you, Frank!

I just needed my glasses adjusted and decided to go here due to good ratings. Frank was very knowledgeable and kind. We had a good conversation and he adjusted my glasses free of charge. If I need anything for my glasses or glasses I will be going here next. Thanks Frank!
