  Great experience overall. Very professional and kind, from the time I walked in to the time I left. Very seamless. You feel pampered, kind of like a day at an upscale spa. Good selection of frames, too. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing, which unfortunately, you don't see too much of anymore. Definitely reccomend.

  I was greeted pleasantly. The store is bright and attractive. Initially, I felt I was kept waiting too long, and again when in the doctor's exam room the wait was not short. I had an appointment and expected it would begin on time. These were the only time lags. Once attended, the intake was efficient; the doctor was attentive and provided educational comments which were comforting. She also assured me that the doubt and anxiety I felt toward choosing g one view from another was typical or 'normal'. In 35+years of getting fitted for glasses, the LensCrafters doctor was the first person to assuage my anxiety about choosing. Thank you. The opticians were superb. I came the day before my appointment to check out frames. Chris added several styles I liked to my profile, and they were waiting when Bakri and I sat down to measure and purchase new glasses. Bakri was so helpful answering a myriad of questions about coatings, wear n tear, and time frame for delivery. He asked me questions about my glasses' usage that were easy to understand. I felt we communicated accurately. I like the new tools used to get a fit to face and head since I last bought new glasses. The frame choices proved extensive so I'm glad I went a day ahead. LensCrafters will continue to be my store of choice for optical needs.

  It would've been 5 stars but my appointment was moved from 10:20am to 10:40am without my knowledge. Turns out that the company took the DR I was supposed to see to another location. That left one DR(who was great) for all the appointments. The staff was great. Very helpful, pleasant, and thorough. I didn't care that my appointment was moved because of the great staff there.
