- DSDonna SmolinskiJun 12, 20265.0We went to AudioNova to address my 84 yr old mother's hearing loss. Ron was the HIS who examined and cared for mom. Ron was absolutely excellent! He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the equipment and was very articulate in explaining what he was doing and why. In fitting mom, he was very gentle and adjusted her into the "training wheels" setting so she could get adjusted to hearing properly again for the first week. When we returned a week later, Ron listened patiently to all mom's experiences over the past week. He explained what her experiences meant and made all the necessary adjustments. He then took off her training wheels and put her appliances up to their appropriate settings. Ron also took the time to set up her hearing aids with her phone aa well as the auxiliary device that will stream her TV right to her appliances. He thoroughly explained all the different settings to mom and worked with her a bit to reinforce each one. Ron was pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Our overall experience was excellent in every way possible. Both my mother and I strongly recommend AudioNova for you audiology needs.

Dr Lou was very friendly, informative and supportive through out our visit. Taking time to show us cleaning etc. If you or a loved one are struggling with hearing, don’t waste any time. Your brain health and cognitive wellness depends on it! Within 5 months, we improved mom’s MoCa score by 3 points. And she enjoys socializing again!
