- SSStephanie SnyderOct 5, 20265.0I love using Warby Parker as my eyecare provider, despite them not accepting my insurance. The exams and frames are such a great price, I still end up paying less than I would at another eye doctor's office. WP provides prescriptions digitally, so it's easy to order another pair of frames any time. It's also convenient to simply stop in for assistance, tightening of frames, etc. This specific location is super convenient to me work-wise, and they are always very punctual with appointment times. The eye exams are quick, I feel that I'm being listened to and the staff are kind and professional.
- SMSheena MullanSep 26, 20265.0Customer service was great. The technician was able to repair my glasses very quickly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very friendly staff! Highly recommend this location.

I was greeted immediately by employees, was helped with all of my questions, was allowed to shop at my leisure and the selection was fantastic. Checkout was easy, they took my insurance, and they are even shipping my glasses to my home. Great first experience and I will def be back again.
