Where the staff is very helpful, and very friendly!!!..... Every time I go for new glasses (in other optical) I never come out satisfied as I need wider glasses and the legs never go around my ears as they are supposed to be, not to mention they always look smaller for my face. The lady that helped me at Warby was very Knowledgeable, and professional, she understood my issue and brought me many great choices, but must importantly all fit me so great that I had an issue in which to pick. 😊 Honestly, any other optical store that I have been to in the past I never had so many choices as I have in Warby Parker and that they fit so well!... I had an excellent experience!!.. and I want to thank the staff as everyone there welcomed me with a smile.
