- EMEllen MecklerJan 28, 20261.0I have been using Home Instead for years and have been satisfied until today. I recently scheduled a ride to my doctors office. It is below zero. I received a call soon after telling me they no longer provide transportation so they canceled my ride. It's below zero. I'm a senior with serious heath issues. This is inexcusable!!! I will never call them again!!!

The entire process/experience has been positive.The client coordinator has been wonderful and responsive. The scheduler goes out of her way to make sure my mom is provided with caregivers she's comfortable with ... and any requested changes are met with a flexible and friendly "no problem". We have recommended them to others with a "thumbs up" rating.
