I did not receive a call, letting me know and I arrived for my appointment and I had to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled my appointment and the system to do paperwork mobile wasn’t working. They gave me the tablet the tablet wasn’t working then I had to do it by paper and then my appointment was 45 minutes late.

Treated by the lovely lady at the desk, pre exam by another lovely lady who was very patient, then sat with the doctor who was awesome and explained everything to me in a way I understood! Lastly sat with a 3rd lovely lady who walked me through choosing frames and lenses! Everyone was so kind and patient, it was a great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was told one amount at the consultation desk and the amount doubled at the register sighting additional fees. I was promised a $50 credit, which they “forgot” to apply. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
