Felt rushed through exam and out the door. Did not feel the exam results were accurate - will go someplace else.

I thubk the staff work on commission. With so many options out there these days I believe they are expensive and over priced.

Excellent! Dr. Anshu Chandra was competent, thorough, informative & friendly during the exam. I felt like a top priority. I've going to Lenscrafters for over 20 years, Dr. Chandra has been the best. As for as the customer service with the eye glasses fitter, I can't say the same. I looked online to for the perfect glasses I needed, but the fitter shot it down, before she even looked into it. I found a glasses on glasses.com and she was negative. So I got glasses, I was not excited about. I felt devalued & rushed out the door.

The staff is very helpful. Items ordered are returned promptly. The doctor even printed a DMV form so I was able to renew my license on line.
