  I love, love, love this studio! Of all the Club Pilates studios I've tried out, the Northway Club has officially won my heart. The staff is amazing, and the instructors are so much more than just teachers—they are supportive, kind, knowledgeable, fun, and genuinely care about you and your progress. It’s a warm, welcoming environment where I’ve grown stronger, healthier, and happier with every session. If you’re looking for a studio that’s as challenging as it is welcoming, this is it! All around, it's just a perfect vibe. Couldn’t recommend it more!

  I love Club Pilates at the Northway Mall❤️. All the teachers here are very kind and knowledgable! They have a large selection of classes and times to choose from. Lila and the girls are always warm, friendly, and welcoming.

  I loved the atmosphere the studio is clean and very well kept but I was not impressed by the instructor as she was informative I do not think her demeanor and delivery was warm or kind. My friends and I booked an intro class and yes we did arrive a little bit close to when class started the instructor not so kindly informed us "she doesn't like to start later than 5:02" and when we did not have grip socks she was not very kind with her delivery that we have to purchase them. During the intro class I feel as though she was rushing to explain and expected everyone to know right away what they were doing as I mentioned before she was not that kind. The person at the front desk was super nice and sweet!! when you are going somewhere for the first time it is nice to walk into the place with people ready to greet to you with excitement not attitude. During the instructions she often seemed as though she was annoyed we were not understanding things please keep in mind this was an INTRO CLASS it was all of our first times trying and I did love the experience!!! But, wish I had a different instructor not sure If I will be back or if I will book a class with this specific instructor. I do not remember her name but like I said, when I go somewhere I want to feel welcomed which this instructor failed to make me feel.
