  Such a beautiful facility with an incredibly welcoming atmosphere! Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their clients. Highly recommend checking them out!

  I’ve honestly struggled and dealt with debilitating back pain for 20 plus years… paid THOUSANDS of dollars to chiropractors who treated me like a dollar sign, never actually listened to what my problem areas were and just wanted to crack me, send me on my way and collect my money without really listening to me and trying to get to what the root of my pain was… MVMT Rx Sports Care and Chiropractic is like a HUGE breath of fresh air!!!! From the discovery call where she actually talked to me, listened and made me feel like they could actually help me to be able to live a pain free lifestyle to MEETING the doctors themselves who truly care and want to see their patients be pain free and give them the tools and the ability to live their best life without pain and REALLY getting to the root of the problem. I had my first assessment appointment with Dr. Mike and Dr. Garrett and they were absolutely wonderful… They actually listened to me and went over my past injuries and really made me feel heard and understood and made sure that I knew that their goal was for me to be able to get the appropriate treatment and care plan that will lead me to accomplish mine and their goal to get me to a pain free lifestyle! Even in the FIRST appointment, Dr. Mike and Dr. Garrett gave me the answers I was looking for years as far as WHY my pain was happening and why it was so bad… Which was such a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders and such a relieving feeling that finally, I was heard and felt understood. Dr. Garrett has been absolutely instrumental and supportive in my journey thus far and honestly MVMT Rx’s whole team of doctors are so positive and encouraging for everyone who is there for their treatment. Within the first few weeks, my partner even saw a huge difference and improvement in my everyday life and attitude… In his own words saying “clearly, what they are doing and helping you with is working because you are not complaining about as much back pain if even any pain at all and moving so much better.” If there was a way to give them more stars I would and I would absolutely with 100% certainty tell anyone off the street who has back pain that there’s one place I would recommend above all others to go to… That place is MVMT Rx Sports Care and Chiropractic!!!

  Dr. Garrett has been a true blessing to my life. As an ex-collegiate softball player, I have many past injuries that are now showing up as daily aches and pains. I thought they were something I just had to live with, but Garrett showed me that it doesn’t have to be that way. He has helped me with many of my issues, but here are a few examples. I came to him with a very weak left knee. It hurt to lunge, squat, and do just about anything. Over time he helped me strengthen my left leg again so that not only did the pain improve, but my overall stability improved. In another instance, I threw out my back really badly and couldn’t even bend over. After a lot of treatment from him (soft tissue work, adjustments, exercises, helping me tie my own shoes, etc) I was able to regain my movement and go back to normal. Then another time I came to him with some major hip pain and he gave me workouts, stretches, and treatment to help that injury resolve. Then lastly, as I became pregnant with my second child, he helped me with keeping me strong and mobile during my pregnancy, encouraging me to stay active so that my postpartum would be better and easier. I will be forever grateful for all of the ways Garrett has helped me over the years and anyone who has the opportunity to work with him will be made better for it.

  Dr Garrett is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. He cares about his clients and their long term health. He programs great exercises that challenge you while helping you build confidence. He consistently snows up for his clients and will adjust programs based on ailments/ injury while still ensuring you get a great work out.

  Can’t say enough good things about the crew at MVMT RX. I came in with lingering problems I’ve had since high school. Within a month they were fixed, and then we focused on imbalances and other problems I ran into caused by my lifestyle and activities. I had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Alex and Dr. Mike - great dudes who significantly helped improve my mobility, programming and injury prevention protocol. I won’t hesitate to book with MVMT again. Thank you! -AJ
