  Nice studio, and I would love to join, but the schedule only works for people who don’t work or who have a flexible remote schedule. It doesn’t work for anyone with a typical 8–5 job. I’ve been checking the schedule for the past 2–3 months, and it hasn’t changed. They also don’t seem to have plans to accommodate Foundation or Level 1 classes for working professionals.

  I visited Club Pilates on a weekday evening. Despite being seen by both the staff and class participants, no one acknowledged my presence at the front desk. I waited patiently for 15 minutes, hoping the instructor might approach to either assist me or ask me to return at a more convenient time, but I was ignored. This experience was very disappointing, especially since I was excited about joining based on the positive reviews and promotions I had seen online.
