I love how quick they get you in and out. It works for pts that have busy schedules. Faith is a great hygienist. Not fond of the smaller blue chairs in the back of the office where pts are being roomed now and I prefer the white ones up front for bigger booties js

My wife had a cleaning app this morning, bad experience, it looks like we were at the drive thru cleaning, The higenist (i believe her name is Lisa) was rude durante the cleaning and also it took her less than 6 minutes to so thw whole clening, not happy with this visit, i give thwn one start because the front desk always is super nice and polite.
I broke a crown while visiting from out of town and was referred to Champagne Dentistry by a family member. Dr. Wiltsie and his assistant were super professional and nice. They took care of my molar and I am grateful for the exceptional service. Thanks you Dr Wiltsie!

2 MAJOR problems. 1) Billed incorrectly, charged an extra $377 and 2) and root canal on a healthy tooth. I have been going to Champagne for over 10 years. Dr. Drew has been fantastic. His practice, however, has lost me permanently. I went in with tooth pain and visible swelling in the gum. It was suggested that I may need a root canal, though the Xray didn't show anything wrong. I met with Endo. The XRay also showed nothing wrong. But there was some cold sensitivity. They said I should get the root canal. So I trusted them. Went in for the root canal. There was nothing else done to make sure this tooth needed a root canal, they just went and did it. I was told it was not obstructed and that I would only be billed the $673.00 fee. Which I paid and left WITH THE RECEIPT for $673. When I went back for the crown I was told that they billed the extra $377. I was told I would have that as a credit because the tooth was NOT obstructed. THIS WAS NOT DONE! THIS is what is known as theft. The front office staff just said, "sorry" and kept processing payments. I'm standing there at my next appointment to get the crown, so I just had to pay it. They crowned the root canal. 2 DAYS LATER I bite down and I have shooting pain, the same as before, back in that same area ONE TOOTH over. This is where the gum swelling was before, where I have implants. I have swelling there again now AND severe pain. I'm out $2,000 for a root canal on a tooth that clearly didn't need it. Not only did they not follow-up with the condition of the tooth they root canaled, they over charged me for it by $377. I'm now making an appointment with ANOTHER DENTAL practice to find out what REALLY is wrong with my teeth, now missing a healthy tooth, thanks to Champagne. This felt VERY MUCH like a Dental Mill; churning out profits at the sake of patients who are hurting and needing care. I am a provider in the healthcare system. If I did anything like this I would be reported to the board. Overbilled for a procedure that I did NOT need. THANKS!
