He took the time to understand my situation and was so helpful in guiding me into the exact right inserts for my feet now. He made the entire process easy and stress-free for both my mom and me. I took my wife here and after trying a few items and paying what I say is a lot of money, (but remember you got to take care of your feet) we walked out with some supports. After a week, we went back and had to try something different as the ones we got weren't working. Her feet still hurt. After another week with the new ones it was a whole new ball game, her feet felt better, she had more energy. Mind you there was a little discomfort as her feet was adjusting to the arch supports. But ever since she has been doing a whole lot better. (my description of how they are used may not be exactly correct for everyone, plz listen to the sales rep) Now here's what you get for you money, You get 3 supports 1 for all day use, 1 for evening/morning or slipper use 1 for flip flops unlimited Dots to hold in place (they'll show you) insoles FOREVER FREE 1 for 1UNLIMITED REPLACEMENT They can support all ages, so yes the can do kids as well. They have shoes as well from sneakers, flip flops, sandals - prices area reasonable on the shoes. The sales reps are helpful and very knowledgeable. There is plenty of parking, and front of building parking for handicap parking. It is handicap accessible. Seating inside while you wait, but no customer bathrooms. They take credit, debit, cash. I do recommend this place, you got to take care of your feet.
