Patient care is exceptional. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Katya is absolutely the sweetest ever⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went there they ordered blood work that never came through, called the office, my blood work order said he was faxing it over, waited at lab 1.5 hours and called five more times trying to find out where the fax was. My cardiologist one of the results of blood work, tried calling several times left messages at Sierra Nevada no return phone calls finally spoke to a human, trying to find out my results for my cardiologist. Spoke to a very rude woman finally who told me they didn't have time to look up my records and will call me back if they needed anything. Haven't heard from them since and I'm looking for a new nephrologist clinic in Reno
