This place sucks! I’ve had one of the workers twice the one with black hair and tattoos and she’s nothing but rude and unhelpful! I ask for pharmacist because I have questions on meds and she has the nerve to say well what did you go to the doctor for sarcastically. Rude and unprofessional! I understand you’re just a pharmacist and will never be a real doctor but no need to take your anger out on other people! Will not be returning

The female that answers the phone with a heavy accent is the rudest most inappropriate person ever. She enjoys scolding people who are asking nicely to resolve a problem. She yells, interrupts and talks over customers. She does not even think. She repeats herself angrily as if she did not process anything you said. Maybe lower her productivity and give her emotional intelligence training. Anything over 70 is unrealistic productivity. If you follow the blood sugar insulin productivity chart, there are peaks, dips, and valleys, but 70 is usually the highest most consistent number. Dips go into 60, even 55, correlating with people's blood sugars.

The most incompetent and non compliant pharmacy I have ever used. The Pharmacy staff is friendly but the pharmacy management needs to be replaced or indited. Pharmacy management makes up their own rules to not fill valid prescriptions. I have filed a CMS grievance in an effort to prevent others from being denied their approved medications. There seems to be some backend management that overrides the prescription refill requests and they do not read the prescription management company (Prime Pharma in my case) notes and authorizations. I voted with my feet today since they ran me out of meds. Hopefully CVS will step in and take over starting tomorrow. Nevada is 49th in education and it shows up everywhere.

I’ve already rated this Pharmacy, but I’m going to read it again because Maria the pharmacist is amazing! She knows me my name and is friendly and it feels local - it feels like I actually have a relationship with my pharmacist – and that’s the way it should be. She is so kind and courteous.
