  My overall experience was good but Erica put it over the top. Erica is extremely knowledgeable in her field and an absolute delight to speak to. I came in for just a contact exam and left with a pair of glasses unexpectedly. I know I got up sold but Erica did it in a way that made me feel seen understood and completely satisfied with my purchase. 10 out of 10 customer service.

  Just wanted to thank Erica B. for a wonderful experience at LensCrafters at Summit mall. She was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping me navigate through the different choices of lenses and frames I was purchasing,she even tuned up my current glasses for a better fit.   I thought it went good but I am still not sure about the best stile to get two verse three lenses so I wanted to do more research could you send me more information and could we cancel my order please until I feel better about what's best for me thanks Ted McGinty
