  I had an emergency where I needed my eye looked at without an appointment. Dr. Kristen N. Gaus evaluated me right away. I had a Superior Retinal Hole and Vitreous Hemorrage. Dr. Kristen also does my eye exams. I’m completely satisfied with my new prescriptions and eye glasses. I highly recommend Nevada Vision group to anyone who needs top quality eye care. Wayne N.

  Called and was able to get an immediate appointment to get a very small object out of my eye that I couldn’t wash out and had scratched my cornea. The Dr. was excellent as well as the service staff. Office was comfortable and welcoming.

  Nevada Vision Group West was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived ,until the moment my eye appointment was over, I was treated with professional care.   Dr. Downey is the absolute best! She has always done a great job with my annual check up. Recently she went above and beyond, though, when I had an eye injury. First she squeezed me into her very busy schedule with almost no notice, gave me the very best care, listened to my concerns and questions, and customized her advice and my care plan for my special situation. I'm now on the road to recovery in record time. The staff is also always considerate, efficient, and friendly.

  I really love Nevada Vision Group. Dr. Downey at the West Reno location off McCarran is professional and kind, and Matt, the optician, always makes sure my glasses fit perfectly. The front desk team is warm and welcoming too. They host a yearly frame styling event at the Sierra Rose location, and yesterday’s was excellent—great selection, a helpful team, and special one-day-only discounted pricing that only happens once a year. I’m so thankful for that! The Maui Jim representative was especially knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
