They have all the new equipment and they listened to her not the big optometrist that treats you like you don't know what your saying because "you don't get your degree so you don't know what you're saying." My prescription was read to have changed dramatically, but upon questioning the results I was told the change was completely normal. My new glasses arrived promptly but upon fitting them, I knew something was completely wrong. I returned them the next day & requested a refund and for the insurance process to be reversed; I didn't want to be re-seen in this office. The front office was agreeable. I was just today examined by the office of Dr Jennifer Shane & Associates today & my prescription was found to be unchanged from my last 2 exams - and so, confirmed that this LC office was lacking in their exam procedures. They also decided not to release the insurance filing for their poor exam, going back on their word to me. I'll be filing a complaint with my insurance provider and the Nevada Division of Insurance.
