- AAAlanJul 1, 20262.0I have used LensCrafters three times in my life, the last time being in Reno. Each time I had issues with the glasses and I have never had issues anyplace else. Recently I went to LC at Summit in Reno. The staff are very nice, but the optometrist located in their office was not and the eyeglasses I ended up with are uncomfortable and (I have been told since) are not fitted correctly. I recommend finding a different place to get your glasses and your eye exams.
