The doctor was incredibly professional, calm, gentle, and engaging, with a wonderful sense of humor that immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I especially appreciated how thoroughly and thoughtfully he explained his observations and diagnosis, while also commending me for taking good care of my eyes. I would also like to recognize Lana from the optical team, who was equally outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive in explaining the different lens options, their benefits, and the offers available. Her patience, kindness, and engaging approach made the entire experience seamless and genuinely memorable. Both the doctor and Lana provided a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out, and I left feeling very well taken care of.
