They have arrived on time and when they said they would, Socorro Galaviz jumped right in with house cleaning that needed done as well as care. When he had a medical event Edith Wright handled the situation professionally and got medical help to his house quickly and Allan Ward has kept us in the loop of everything they have done along with updates as to our brother's health during the medical emergency. Overall, we have been happy with their service in the short time we have been involved with them.

I lost my Father while I was in Afghanistan and had to fly back and figure out how I was going to care for my mom. I had read previous favorable review on Home Instead so I chose them. They were upfront with everything including pricing and policies. Home Instead was crucial in helping my mom manage her medications and keep track of her many doctors appointments. When she went into the hospital they came to visit her. They have worked with me and my family to cover down on whatever needs came up. We are moving to Dallas and will be using Home Instead there as well, hoping that our experience will be as good there as it has been in Reno.
