Mom and I have been attending classes here for a couple of months now. We absolutely love pilates, but its definitely the ladies that work here that keep us coming back. We felt so included from day 1 and love our weekly class here!

Pilates is the best work out for my body. Very effective, and yet low impact so it doesn't affect my knees and hips like other forms of exercise do.
