  Everything is horrible. Wasted my annual check up appointment. If you have good paid insurance, stay away.

  I came in with tooth pain and was in a crappy mood. Debbie the receptionist was awesome and helpful. I can't remember the xray techs name but she was really great too. Then Dr henna came in and was wonderful. Very professional staff, clean comfortable office and I will definitely be back. It's hard to make a dentist visit nice but Dr henna and her team were really amazing and I definitely recommend the May Anne office

  Great experience at Absolute Dental. The Doctor was a great communicator and she gave me all my options without lectures. Even booked me the same day for dental work after my initial x-rays. I could tell she was attentive to minimize my pain during the procedure and the staff was also first-class and professional. I'm moving my whole family here. Really relieved to have found a great dentist in Reno.

  This is the worst dental office imaginable. At the time we first went, in February 2026, we had issues with the office manager at the time, Dee. The office had no problem making quick work out of removing the majority of my husband's teeth. But then they said there's $3,000 worth of work that needs to be done before he gets his partials. Our insurance needs prior authorization for that. Dee never offered to, she only told us we had to pay out of pocket. Finally we convinced her to put in a prior authorization, but she didn't do it and quit her job instead. Fast forward to May, when phone calls to check the status of the prior authorization were still going unanswered. Debbie, the receptionist, is famous for taking your name and number down and swearing to call you back, and she NEVER does. So we showed up in person. The new office manager apologized for Dee's incompetence and promised us the prior authorization would really be put in this time. Fast forward to today, it is almost July, and they are telling us they are looking into it. A prior authorization has STILL not been put in. Debbie is STILL lying and telling me she's going to call me back. This office is incompetent, money-hungry, greedy and crooked. Stay away from this place! They won't work with your insurance and they will do everything in their power to drain you of your money. P.S. I tried to leave a bad review before, but the office manager called and made me take it down. That's so unethical!

  To address your statement of me enjoying my visit to your mae anne office and you being my dentist, I'm afraid I will have to be extremely honest with you almost maybe rude when I say I don't know who you are, to my knowledge I have never met you. As far as my enjoyment to your facility, the answer is infatically NO, I did not enjoy my visit, if anything I felt humiliated and embarrassed because I am poor and have to use Medicare to pay my medical bills not to mention that when another one of your patients graciously offered to pay for me after your front office staff told me that they couldn't/wouldn't except my insurance. If they had a problem with my insurance, they should have said something to me when we spoke on the phone not wait to tell me after I spent what few resources I had to get to a dentist I desperately need to see. I could go on, but I'm sure you're probably too busy with actual paying patients to care about what I have to say. Most sincerely S. Westfall
