The restrooms stand out as the most pressing concern. The floors appear worn and visibly dirty, and general cleanliness isn't maintained to the standard you'd expect. It's not just a matter of aesthetics. The condition makes the space feel uninviting and, frankly, unsanitary. A proper renovation with new flooring, updated fixtures, and a more consistent cleaning schedule would make a significant difference in the overall member experience. What makes this especially disappointing is the pricing. UFC Fit charges a premium membership rate compared to competitors like EOS Fitness and LVAC, yet the restroom conditions fall well below the standard those lower-priced gyms consistently deliver. When you're paying more, you reasonably expect the facilities to reflect that investment, and right now, they don't. Addressing the restrooms and refreshing some of the dated equipment would go a long way toward justifying the price point and bringing the gym in line with what members deserve.
