- AMAndrew MJul 2, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience and what felt like a complete bait-and-switch. I booked an eye exam through my insurance with a confirmed $10 copay. Before the appointment, the office sent forms strongly pushing an additional retinal exam for another $40, making it sound almost mandatory. I chose to opt out because I wanted only the standard exam covered by my insurance. That’s when everything changed. Instead of honoring my scheduled appointment time, I was told I would now need dilation and would have to come back at a different time altogether if I wanted the exam at the advertised $10 copay. None of this was explained clearly upfront when booking. The issue was never the extra $40, I could have easily paid it. The issue is the deceptive way this office appears to pressure patients into additional charges and then inconveniences them when they decline. To make matters worse, the receptionist handling the situation was rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no solutions. There was zero effort to accommodate the appointment I had already scheduled. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and respect, not pressure tactics and scheduling games. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for eye care.

There was no wait time, and the waiting area was peaceful. The entire staff, from the lobby to the assistants, is incredibly pleasant. The doctor is very nice and answers all your questions without rushing. Highly recommend!
