My name is Ophelia and I spoke to Matt on Thursday he told me it was ok to have my doctor send my prescription I truly need my medication so I had my doctor cancel the prescription at my normal pharmacy and sent it to smithās for the pharmacist to only tell me that Matt is only a technician and send it back where I normally go in which smiths has it in stock, my pharmacy down the street doesnāt. I live around the corner from smiths and i called and asked and was given the ok to do so Iām sick and bedridden so after this and the trouble I have to go through calling to my doctor and asked her to cancel this one and send it back is uncalled for what ever happened to help they neighbor
